A tree called “Kannimara”, 47.5 m high and 6.42 m in circumference, is located in the Parambikulam sanctuary in the Palghat district of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
In the Nam Pat district of Thailand, in the province of Uttaradit, stands what is considered to be the country’s oldest tree. At 1,511 years of age, it measures 37 m in height by 6.57 m in circumference.
